Caring and compassionate euthanasia services in the pet's home can be the final act of caring to a pet companion, explains Andrea S. Dr. Mullen utilizes a two-injection protocol.  The first injection is a sedating medication.  In the one to 15 minutes while the sedating medication is taking effect, the owner may say "good-bye."  The pet's last awareness is the owner saying farewell.  Only after that has taken effect does Dr. Mullen administer a second injection which stops the heart.

Dr. Mullen's complete service includes the following options:

• Private cremation with personal return of ashes.
